What is it?

If you, or your child, are a high performer and you feel like you always perform better when practicing than when the real performance happens, then you might have performance anxiety.

How we treat it?

Successful treatment uses multiple cognitive behavioral interventions to help you trade perfectionism for focusing upon the task, reducing your intolerance of mistakes and learning to get into the flow of your performance.  Our goal is to help restore the joy you felt before you accidentally let worry about performance interfere with the process of performing.
