Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved for you. Chronic tardiness or inconsistent attendance greatly interferes with treatment. The entire fee for the missed session will be charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Charges for missed appointments are not covered by insurance and are your responsibility. Your credit card on file will be charged for the missed session unless an alternative, prompt arrangement is made and the fee is collected.

Individual treatment sessions are held in our Deerfield, Chicago or Springfield offices. In addition to meeting you in our offices, our therapists can also conduct sessions in your home, office, or wherever you feel most anxious. We work in settings as varied as schools, elevators, malls, and airplanes, enabling you to gain confidence in the real-life situations that are part of your unique life context.
