A new therapy designed to help those who do not want to attempt ERP or who have found their OCD or worry has only partially responded to ERP. ICBT helps you learn how you ignore the reasonable way you draw conclusions when anxious and then develop the ability to apply reasonable thinking when you encounter obsessions, worries and compulsions. If you have sexual, harming, religious or identity focused obsessions, then you might be a good candidate for ICBT.
