Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Tics

How we work with you?

CBIT applies multiple cognitive behavioral interventions to help you learn to perform competing barely noticeable movements to suppress tics and learn to let the urge to tic subside.  Exposure with response prevention and cognitive therapy are also used to help you reduce and sometimes eliminate tics that result in repetitive motion injuries, or you find annoying.
