Sydney Frattura Kampschroer continues to encourage us, as we face shelter-in-place extensions, to maintain simple routines and connections as well as adding in time for fun throughout the day.  She motivates us to look forward to and plan for the future when businesses reopen and travel is again a possibility, and remind ourselves daily of the things we are grateful for.  These steps may sound simple but they are powerful in combating the anxiety that can arise during times of uncertainty, bolstering our resiliency and increasing our capacity to face challenges head-on.
