Tips and Tricks for Teens to Manage Anxiety
Between school, sports, friends, and parents, it’s easy to feel stressed and overwhelmed. Learn helpful tips and tricks to deal with anxiety from Sydney Frattura Kampschroer, a licensed social worker here at the Anxiety Treatment Center of Greater Chicago. Sydney combines the evidence-based practice of cognitive behavioral therapy with an innate perceptiveness and compassion to identify unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, teaching teens skills and coping strategies to improve their lives. For Grades 9-12, registration required.
